1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and phream ("phream," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phream online gaming platform accessible at phream.club and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phream, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the phream Platform. phream reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the phream Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm requirement under Philippine law governing gambling activities. phream strictly enforces this requirement and will suspend any account where underage use is suspected.
• Residency & Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is lawful. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is compliant with the laws applicable in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion from gambling, including through PAGCOR's exclusion registry or phream's own self-exclusion program.
• Employees: Employees, officers, directors, agents, and contractors of phream, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

phream reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on phream, you must register a player account. The following terms apply to your phream account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one phream account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. phream may use technical and identity-based checks to identify duplicate registrations.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout the duration of your account. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC Verification: phream is required to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" / KYC) checks. You agree to provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport) upon request and before any withdrawal is processed.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phream login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify phream immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Account Suspension: phream reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, subject to applicable regulatory obligations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

phream accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. phream reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
• Funding Source: All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only processed to accounts verified under your own identity. KYC verification must be completed before phream will process any withdrawal request.
• Processing Times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal banking hours. phream does not guarantee processing times during periods of high volume or technical maintenance.
• Currency: All transactions on phream are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phream is not responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider.
• Anti-Money Laundering: phream complies with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Unusual transaction patterns may be subject to investigation and reporting to relevant authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phream offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. The following general terms apply to all phream bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible phream account holders who meet the specific requirements of each promotion. phream reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit or abuse bonus terms, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPN services to claim region-restricted offers, or engaging in bonus-baiting betting patterns, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phream reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your phream account balance without notice.
• Modifications: phream reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phream Platform — including slots, live dealer table games, bingo, sports betting, and specialty games — are subject to individual game rules made available within the Platform interface. The following general principles apply:

• Random Number Generation: All RNG-based games on phream use independently certified random number generators. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by phream or any player.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure, phream reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return applicable stakes to the player's phream balance. phream shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are offered subject to separate sportsbook rules available within the phream betting interface. phream reserves the right to void bets on events affected by match irregularities, data feed errors, or other exceptional circumstances.
• Final Decisions: In case of any discrepancy between a game result as displayed on your device and the result recorded on phream's server, the server record shall be definitive.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phream Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using a phream account if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity
• Creating or using more than one phream account
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through phream
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games
• Placing bets for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent (bonus abuse)
• Using VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your location or identity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phream staff or other players

8. Responsible Gaming

phream is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. phream provides the following tools which are available to all registered players at any time through the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits to control spending
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over configurable time periods
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications displayed after pre-set session durations
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access restrictions of 24 hours to 6 weeks
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for periods of 6 months to 5 years, or permanently

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phream Platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, audiovisual elements, text, logos, trademarks, and the phream brand identity — is the proprietary intellectual property of phream or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the phream Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phream's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or transaction shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your phream account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from: (a) reliance on Platform content; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of your account; (c) temporary Platform unavailability due to maintenance or technical failure; or (d) errors in game results subsequently corrected in accordance with Section 6.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phream's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Amendments to These Terms

phream reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phream will notify registered users via email or an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The current version of these Terms is always available at phream.club/terms-conditions with the effective date displayed at the top of the document. Your continued use of the phream Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting phream support.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the phream Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact phream customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. phream will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
